Light In The Darkest Of Times
Our Business rescue program provides insight, dedication, and assistance during and after the difficult times you are facing
We designed this program to show you why the company is failing and how to either correct the situation or change directions.

HOW OUR RESCUE PROGRAM WORKS
Our rescue program is tailored differently for each business. We do this because each business has different owners and employees with different needs.
We show you how to reverse failure and change so many different aspects of current problems.
We help you create a new road for yourself and the people who also believe in your vision!
No matter the outcome, we help either rescue your business, or change your business into a new one.
Stop Failure or Change Your Direction!
THE STEPS WE DEVELOPED FOR BUSINESS RESCUE
Finding a business practitioner is challenging, especially one who has failed themselves. Ensure you are working with a credible source prior to signing anything. Check with your local courthouse for appointed practitioners.
The Practitioner
Consider the following: do they understand what part of the failure you are in? Do you understand their communication? Are they emotionally available to help with your stress? Can you trust them? Are they dependable?
The plan should include a series of metrics defined such as; debt calculations, clearly defined roles, stress mitigation, food and water intake, open discussions, a 24/7 phone line, creditor negotiations, employee discussions, realistic expectations, and more.
Consider the following: have you made a plan yet? What does your plan include? Who is involved in your plan? Do you have the right people helping? Are you depressed? Are you eating healthy and drinking water? Have you called creditors? What are your expectations?
The Plan
Contact all creditors you currently have loans with. DO NOT ignore them, almost every time we have rescued a business the creditors were more than willing to work with our client. They may be able to extend another loan to help with the situation.
Consider the following: are you working with your creditors? Have you called every loan and used your plan above to calculate your burn rate? How do your finances work? What are you doing to reduce your stress levels involved with creditors?
The Creditors
Creating a sustainable team may be a challenge. Those who work for you may not want to engage in business rescue and may prefer finding other employment. That's ok, there are people in your life who will help you and support the rescue of your business.
Consider the following: who truly cares about you and your vision? Are they focused on the task at hand to be able to commit to a rescue plan? Where does everyone fit into the plan? Have you developed a road map to see how everything fits together and who does what?
The Team
At this point, it is time to initiate the entire plan. While building the overall plan, we are sure you have already started on some aspects of the entirety. Put everything into motion, and spend some time letting it work as best as you made the plan.
Consider the following: are you working with your creditors? Have you called every loan and used your plan above to calculate your burn rate? How do your finances work? What are you doing to reduce your stress levels involved with creditors?
Initiation
A critical part of a successful Quality Management System (QMS) involves Plan, Do, Check, and Act (PDCA). This enables our plan to evolve and fit the needs of the situation at hand. Remain focused, coherent, and agile in addressing rapid changes.
Consider the following: are you adjusting rapidly enough to prevent obstacles that will formulate while executing the plan? Is everyone communicating rapidly and correctly so that information is being correctly disseminated? Communication and vigilance.

A CLOSER LOOK AT OUR PROCESS
Recognizing a business that is failing can be seen in different ways. From loss of revenue to unbearable stress, each business still has the opportunity to change it's direction. Some businesses can still function under failure, but why tackle all of this stress if you can change all of it?

The truth is that some businesses cannot be saved; however, the business can be turned into a different company and the vision still pursued! Failure has always had a bad name, but at AVPS, we have found that failure creates substantial opportunity.

Awards to our staff for fostering a creative environment, innovation, community support, dedication, and determination towards commitment.
